This lighter uses ignited powdered fuse(FSEP) in the ignition area to create a short lived plasma "flame". Very hot, can melt most materials.

    This is a pretty decent lighter, only thing is, make it use more fuel. A lighter that releases a tiny bit of flame/plasma would be virtually useless.
