Noticed quite a few powerful bombs use stuff like this, so I decided to make my own. Recipe: Draw with SLCN, set SLCN's life to 40000 (or other large number), ctype to LIGH and type to SPRK. Starting with SLCN randomizes tmp so make sure you do that.
