I am launching this at someone else. I am not launching this at you, and do not shoot down cargo planes that have not been hijacked or are enemy planes. Cargo planes are only allowed to carry non millitary shipment. Millitary items are transported by boat. So please, do not go and shoot down the first Mooazon plane you see. No planes have nukes.
