The sunken raft city of Grimsby is home to the Lost Boys, a gang of murderous thieves ruled over by the many watchful eyes of Uncle. The hallways echo with the sounds of dripping water and groaning metal. Whole rooms have been known to implode...

@Eyaddorda yes that looks great :) My personal favourite way to make stuff bigger without struggling to find detail to fill the space with is to build the insides of it. If you show its power source and how its joints move and how its weapons work and where its pilot sits then you should have no trouble making a much bigger mech that still feels detailed.

There are plenty of raft cities though all across the coasts of Eurpoa, Africa, and Asia, even as far as Nuevo Maya. It is one of the more efficient ways to move a vehicle that large after all. I think you might enjoy the books if you read them.. ;)

Grimsby and Fastitocalon are the only two underwater cities we know about, presumably just because pressurising a space that huge against the depths of the ocean is really hard. there's a reason all submarines in real life are essentially big round-ended tubes after all.

@7shotsolo there ARE flying cities, there used to be lots back at the height of the traction boom, but over time as municipal darwinism ran its course they were mostly destroyed and eaten, only Airhaven remains.

maybe the Boys would be dead if underwater cities existed because they would use sonar to find the place and torpedo it.
