  1-upgrade all the AA gun systems.2-send space crafts to fly in orbit to block any ICBMs and other space crafts by weaponising them with rail guns.3-upgrade the rail cannons on tanks/destroyers/battleships on walls to have better range/more damage/faster firing rate and a high speed cooling system (so it dont overheat)
