  Fyi, that technically isn't how black holes look. They're so dense that photons can not bounce of them since they need to escape the gravitational pull (think of a rocket taking off from Earth). The halo thing is caused when a photon is affected by the black hole's gravitational pull, but not enough to send it flying righ into the black hole, but rather into the eyes of the viewer (or a camera).
