i found the problem, when the ice melts it turns into water even if it was dwater before it froze. i added a circuit to prevent it from freezing

the cooling towers on the top if you screw around and super cool it once it starts thawing the entire reactor electrifies.

what do you mean by that? the point of opening the deut when its below 100 is to cool the water that drives the turbine so that it doesnt start boiling on the wrong side of the reactor. I dont see how changing the tower water to dwater will help

Should set the cooling towers water to distilled, if you screw around with cooling and heating the reactor the cooling towers screw up and start conducting screwing up the reactor.
