    1.how can there be a change from gemini to saturn if the former is a spacecraft and the latter is a launch vehicle. 2.Soyuz is sort of counterpart to Apollo and was originally intended for docking and lunar operations

    fascinating! i've never really been familiar with soviet lunar equipment outside of the spacesuits and the LK lander, it's interesting that they just kept iterating on the Soyuz platform instead of significant and dramatic changes like Gemini to Saturn
