is a tractor beam when Newtoiniun gravity is on and is a melting laser when off and works a bit better with ambient heat off

  i dont want it to break things automatically which is what happens when i increase tmp2

  though it does seems to "pierce" itself if you do that, though it can be fixed by setting the cray's tmp2 to 10

  if you turn the conv(tesc) into conv(inwr) you get a pierce beam
