I have little idea what this could be used for but I guess it is on way to learn about binary and FILT. This machine counts in binary and puts them into a FILT adder, this is basically showing how FILT binary works. Inspired by the 2 byte counter save

    Ahhh, the problem with this is I know how it works but have little idea on how to explain it and have almost no idea what the actual name for this thing/it' s components are.
