  I looked at your first one and it seems you think that adding a button and connecting two or three wires is enough to call it #2. At least in your first one it seemed like it might actually have a purpose.

  8 bits to a byte. Where is the byte? All you have is a loop that goes around 15 times and each time it reaches a point in the loop it adds one to a binary counter. Does it have a use? At least describe its exact use in a computer.
