No tank can compare with Lehman Russ in terms of the number of production units
-
So that all said it could put up a fight with late WW2 tanks, but anything past that it would lose to easilly.
-
The Leman russ has a 120mm cannon which apears to be a howitcher of sorts that is cramped in a small turret which just screams bad reload speed. Also the tank is tall making it easier to see.
-
Which means that the german Tiger II can penetrate it from 500 meters. Also the Leman Russ has a horibly slow speed of 29Km/h and thus could easilly be flanked and destroyed by any light and medium tanks with less pen from the side.

As Beatless123 said the front armour is 150mm (yes) and the side is way less. Also ass stated its mostly flat aor slightly angled. The armour itself is "Plasteel" which is aparently a steel like plastic which is more durable than normal steel. This all said the frontal armour of this tanks has the effective protection of 190-210mm of steel.

I read that front hull armor is 150 mm (about 200 mm LOS armor) but it is probably some sort of super strong alloy, that means WW2 tanks can not pen it. However, they can flank it and pen through side/rear armor which is said to be weak.

@Beatless123, it's a main battle tank from Warhammer 40k, it's safe to say a lotof armor
-
i do not know how much armor it has but it has terrbile shape - too high, poor angling and numerous weakpoints on hull. However, turret front looks really strong so if it stayed in hulldown, it would probably be safe.

yeah, this thing wouldn't lose to a WW2 tank,
