I decided to make a FRP. If you want to join, comment the save ID of a save with a flag, and faction information. A 3x3 or 5x5 icon of your flag would be a nice thing to add, or I'll make one.

  The message is welcoming your vessel to the area, explaining that the ship is an old one, left by a more advanced society. The encryption program was already in the ship, and the new owners cannot find out how to use anything but the comms and defense cannons.

  Fill one ship with luxury goods, de-arm it and send to Dovah. Drop taxes and build more cities for residents. Keep ecology on good. Establish second heavy industry citadel.

  The message returned from the ship is encrypted in a long, old Russian format. Approx amount of time it will take to decipher the message is 2 minutes. The ship appears to be idle, with only the communication apparatus active.
