    My ships are done. send them to the mining planets along w/ 2 gunships. a medship, and another exploration. Send out the exploration with a gun and look in the lower right Quadrant, for allies

    Carefully give the citizens an opportunity to mildly hybridize themselves. Set a very high price for it. Improve ecology heavily. Drop taxes. Sell luxury goods to engineers on little prices. Build one more heavy industry citadel. Start research of bionic technologies.
