    no, the XOR used in the XNOR here is much smaller than the standalone XOR

    why not jsut use the XOR used in your XNOR? the XNOR circuit used here is just an XOR with a NOT plopped on the end of it

    the expected behavior is similar to an OR gate except in the case that both inputs are high in which case the output is low
