This save aims to simplify the 4th dimension into an easier to understand concept. The limitations of using 2 dimensions to understand 4 make it only possible to graph single points. Note: the "size" of a point pertains only to Z and not to actual size.

    The fourth dimension in our 3D world, (time) is not to be mixed up with the fourth spatial dimension, which is a completely different thing.

    It is posible for a 3D creature to see in the way a 4D creature can, by making 3D blocks of sencors.

    Technomancer: Nice save! I was only explaining the 4 dimensions that are currently recognized and observed in our own universe. 4 spatial dimensions is a little more complex though. You do a good job at explaining it. I usually simplify it by thinking of it as a cube with faces are themselves cubes (if that simplifies it lol).

    Take a look at id:1824893, my own attempt to explain hyperspatial geometry. I think you might find it of interest. Also, the 4th dimension doesn't necessarily need to be time. It could potentially be another spatial dimension, one of the ones that we simply can't perceive.
