    Because it used to be over half of front page saves were asking for votes, it was so invasive everywhere. So we banned mentioning votes. This was like, 8 years ago now, it's been that way ever since. It's a simple change, you just need to remove one sentence from the description, then you can republish it so others can see this save again.
