Ah yes, I expected the immediate value programmer to confuse people. It's really simple, you just enter your value and it automatically gets uploaded into the immediate operand blocks (the three blocks with small rectangles in place of letters). That is, if your simulation is unpaused! It might be a good idea to build your programs inside Stasis Wall so the programmer can work in the meantime.

As for what the value of the immediate operand of a goto block should be, that depends entirely on where you want it to jump. The blocks are numbered starting from 0 from the top, and this block number is what the immediate operand should hold.
