Deut Elec coolers are good. I could probably make a mass heat sink using glow and pipe to spread and disperse the heat if i tried, but it's not really worth the effort.
In terms of actually cooling, using a DEUT-electron array, I got it down to 3.5K C. Could probably optimize.

95711 protons stacked up cannot be cooled, even eraser has minimal effect.
