    I added weapon tech, although subframe weapons really pack a punch. I made a subframe plasma cannon that slices things in seconds

    Ah. I found this thing on my old 30 Hz work: id:1703470. It was supposed to be faster version of id:1702484 that adds numbers one bit at a time.

    I don't think "30 Hz" was ever used in any serious application; in one save, it was just a consequence of 60 Hz capable techniques/hardware configured suboptimally. In id:1831463, you can see my attempt at a 30 Hz serial adder on the left and in id:1705806, my attempts at 30 Hz memory, but this was quickly superceded by the subframe boom.
