MegaGengarRayquaza38: 9/11 was an utter act of hate and a deliberate attack on innocent lives. A virus is more or less natural. It is a question of when rather than if, if that makes any sense. A terrorist attack is more shocking and devistating to the hearts and minds of people. It's true people care more about the message than the statistic, and rightly so.

Why do Americans care so much about 9/11 when they don't care about how much people die from coronavirus everyday. They are opening up the country when over 2,000 people die everyday, more than 9/11 every day in New York alone.

yeah you are right

Pepperonite: It definitely isn't important, esspecially in this case. Although, some people harbor the belief that all deaths should be counted no matter what. It a "if they didn't die, no one would have" kind of thing.
