concrete can hold up heavier elements even if the element under is super light. you can have uranium over saw dust if there is a layer of concrete inbetween

@R33sesK1ng: That is absolutely false. Elements do actually have a weight property and particles don't. What you're saying implies that BRMT wouldn't displace SALT if it was on top (spoiler: it totally does). No, this is just CNCT not allowing other particles to displace it, essentially overriding weight-based displacement mechanics.

so BTML, STON, SALT and others sink in water, but if you put SAWD then those elements they don't sink. and some powders go on top of other powders, this makes no sense.
