whats the best plut to neut ratio for a bomb?

    I would say that the best PLUT to NEUT ratio for a bomb is barely enough NEUT to set off the PLUT, however, I may not be correct. Super Compressed DEUT also works well, you also need NEUT to activate that. (for best results, type into the console !set life DEUT 600000000 after building your bomb, then save the bomb)
