Just a concept-test. This AI-algorithm is very slow and uses easy defensive tactics. Still, it'll make no stupid mistakes.

    how to win 0: step one click the right most middle square than let the AI take the middle step 2 take the bottom middle square step 3 take the right bottom corner step four take the right top square then you won!

    bruh? so i were playing with him, then, when it was my turn, i stopped to playing, to think how to win him, AND THEN HE JUST DID ANOTHER TURN! then i was like (wth, THEN HE DID ANOTHER AND ANOTHER TURN AND WINNED! so broken

    Just go for the bottom left corner. AI will then go for the middle one. After that go for the top right corner. AI will go for the top left corner. Then go for bottom middle one or right middle one. AI will go for the bottom middle or right middle one depending on what you chose. Then you can make a line and win.
