Not only does this reactor work with ambient heat on, but when ambient heat is on, active cooling is completely unnecessary. -

btw did you know that instead of putting heac to conduct heat you can use tungsten? It has the same heat conductibility as heac and can be melted at relatively high temperatures (aprox. 4000 C) -
