Adaptive "Evap-Cool" Wall by Scoddri
This wall is intended to stop explosions and high heat/pressure. Working on a different design that better channels heat away from the meltable TTAN; Evaporative cooling seemed to be the cheapest option (space-wise.)

I would like any suggestions on how to deal with PROT, as I have not played TPT for a few years and PROT is a new problem to solve
