Misaka Mikoto, the lead role of a Japanese anime "A Certain Scientific Railgun". (I think it can be translated like that. :P) She can control electric power. .(Generator?) I spent about 6 hours working on it. Enjoy! :) !Deco on!

    Im currently rewatching railgun, while also current watch accelerator. I was just finished with the latest episode of accelerator when i was going to navigate to the mods forum where i was supposed to announce the release of Cyens toy update 2.1.0. I missclicked on browse as i always do, and was about to press forum when i saw this in the corner of my eye. Questioning my sanity and thinking i was seeing stuff(as well as questioning myself if anime is good for me i clicked this thread and oh boy.
