A 30hz subframe incrementor with size of 26x1. The 1 frame delay is because BRAY goes throught a FILT, before that FILT has been updated by LDTC.

    A 60Hz 1-high incrementor isn't too hard to make, you just need 2 ARAYs, one pointing backwards
