This reactor uses GEL to quickly dissipate heat from the plutonium, therefore, keeping the ceramic container from melting and gives heat to the boiler more quickly. (D.P.R means destructible plutonium reactor.)

    @TheSchoolBus Pressure + Plutonium = Chain Reaction. The Blue stuff/Gel Just slows down the reaction. By seperating packets of Plutionium. The control rods lower when pressure increases to sustain the reaction. IRL the rods just slow the reaction by absorbing neutrons. I hope this answers ur question

    NoVIcE it also keeps uranium from making as much heat which would make it CREATE energy.
