In Russia in 2018-19 we have a lot of problems with fuel. It costs 1$ per liter, people can't fill their vehicles because of high cost and deficit of fuel on Gas Stations in province. Contry is near the transport system collapse.

    And it was at this point they realized, the reason the gas station exploded was because it was made of...fireworks!
