please tell me why the one without pscn does not heat up at all ..

    Titanium doesn't produce heat when sparked. PSCN does. The PSCN is connected to the titanium. The heat from the PSCN is transferred.

    i thought its to make creating logic gates (using ptct, ntct) easier.

    PSCN likes to stay at ~40C when sparked. You can use it to warm things slightly, or to cool down things like TUNG or METL

    The reason why is that pscn heats up and titan alone doesnt.
