    Actually, the elements change the tungsten's temperature. So you can just raise/lower the tungsten's temperature to produce different colors

    turns out you can change the colours by dropping different elements on it bu spraying it with electrons

    Its made to do so. Its actually because tungsten is used in real life to make light bulbs, and it can get so hot that it glows, and it glows so much that it even lights a whole room.
