Finally, @TNP99999, the first precise radar with both direction and ranging. @Public, This is a showcase of how a radar can be made. Works best in space but I want to shows you its downsides.

    @miner_sd, since TPT's object has smooth surface, causing the PHOT to reflect away, a larger receiver is needed to collect a more accurate image. But it is possible to make it smaller.

    Just realize I forget to set the gravity to none when I copy&paste the update content, now it will not miss due to vertical gravity.

    if you make it write with a permanent material rather than BRAY and let it scan for a minute or so, then turn the material in the display into CLNE and set the CLNE's ctype to SAND you can approximate the structure of the terrain

    @nonnymoose i think he was saying that its easy to get fp now. he coulda probably made something way simpler and get the same results...
