A basic, 19th Century Semi-Automated Morse Transmitter. While the output has a simple blue-long, yellow-short display, the crude and early nature leads to repeating or flickering lights that require human interpretation.

    Note that if both lights flash, the yellow signal is to be ignored, and if the same signal seems to flash twice or more interpret it as one.
