    The atmosphere does contain nitrogen at 72%, which is pretty inert, acting not unlike noble gases

    +sunny1saturday I'll tell you the difference. An asteroid is something a rock that hasn't entered Earth's atmosphere and a meteor is something that has. You learn something new every day :)
