Put LOXY with liquid temperature and use vacuum, you see what temperature of oxygen is < -200, but oxygen is lot liquid, oxygen with help of "magic power" transforms to gas.
This is not glitch, when pressure is high, temperature at which the liquid passes into the gaseous state becomes lower than usual. Conversely, at a low pressure, the gassing temperatures are higher. Putting a mug with water under the hood, the pressure in which is lower than the outside of the hood, the liquid will boil at room temperature.
