I have no idea how I've managed to ignore this until now. Turns out that if the tmp of CONV is not 0, it only converts particles whose type equals its tmp. You can basically tell CONV(PSCN) to only convert SPRK and CONV(SPRK) to only convert PSCN.

to set tmp you can just write !set tmp conv {element} in console.

I decided to revisit my chunky FRAM idea, then soon realized why I abandoned it back then. I couldn't figure out a way to delete stacks of particles. XD embarrassing

@LBPHacker It may not come, because it would just be too big to be of any use. :P

Heh, it seems saves like this wake subframe gods from their eternal slumber. @FuriousWeasel: I stand corrected :P So when is your 3D FRAM coming?

@QuanTech Yes, it won't be reducing any area aside from removing the need for extra particles. AND, CONV can now be placed adjacent to FILT! So yes, some room for compaction here and there. Some more sensitive configurations can be made now such as functional ARAY adjacent to a CONV that we still want BRAY to be able to pass through. We might be seeing a 4th generation Mk5 adder from me using this find.
