    It is called zero point becouse black holes may be somehow absorbing zero point energy. It is called Hawking radiation. It causes bh to evaprate. During this proces particle that ic pulled into the blackhole acts like it striked its antiparticle and converts into energy (Howking Radition). Than this energy could be harnessed. Thats how i think it works unless i messed sth up. Thanks for support :).
