Tried to add a boost but oxy hyd mix burns so hot you have to run it without gas because it would ignite prematurely. Just for fun it basically melts itself and is highly unstable.

Yeah, probably the mod being too OP. I like what happens when you put it in a jet engine tho XD.

Havent observed any of the problems you have described, it might be your mods ive encountered mods that break some of my engines

And also, the NITR sometines does not light the fuel mix of Oxygen and Hydrogen. However, the exhaust now has steam in it as when you combust Hydrogen and Oxygen together, you make steam. The engine seems to cope a bit better with the rocket fuel, next i'd consider adding an exhaust system.

There is another problem, occasionally when you load the simulation, the intake valve is open during combustion, igniting the fuel coming out of the injector.

Did a lot of tuning, Disconnected the turbo because it would slow down fuel flow(only on this engine) kept it attached because it generates lots of suction

The issue is that it IS 1200C so if it touches the walls it transfers most of its energy, if the air was just 1200C it wouldnt transfer as well

The problem to me is when the rocket fuel burns, it realeases superheated Nitrogen (LUA Mod) which is over the melting point of the cylinder head which is 1200 degrees-ish....

I did some testing and the engine can sustain air temp around 3000 without much issue the coolent system didnt seem to have any issues

I like your idea however the first uses LN2 and the second is too slow, I want the system to be air cooled and not rely on external materials to cool itself
