Named after Nicolas Chastity, this dome is able to support over 1000 people. Based of a Frozen exoplanet, Jericho IV (halo ref), it is constantly frozen. it once had an atmosphere, but it is mostly frozen now. terraforming efforts will tike place soon.

    bomb is kinda cheaty, but so are gbmbs that i used, so from now on lets not use bomb, dest, or sing. dmg is ok though
