1. Keep moving the PLUT maker till above the diamond chamber 2. Start PLUT making 3. Wait for a sec, then STOP PLUT making 4. Open NEUT Chamber

    Diamond chamber = where the NEUT chmber is. Spam the "open NEUT chamber" unitil there's enough neutons, then wait. After a sec you will see small fission explosions, but of course not enough to start some extreme fissioning
