    yeah if you just heat up coal then cool it down you can see that it went from being a very dark gray to a lighter gray

    It was made using heating and freezing coal over a span of few frames to get this effect. You heat coal to certain degree, let it go for 1-2 frames and freeze it back to 0C

    The planet's home star is supposed to be main sequence star with mas almost identical to Sun's mass.
