I was trying some things with different neutron speeds. Update: Major update to speed control! Give reasons for downvotes please.

    Update: fixed small glitch with 'Both off/Normal speed' button, making it so you don't need to manually reset the speed controls before being able to use again.

    Aye np, good to see people leanring new things :P As for EXOT I'm not sure, the idea was to show ho different neutron speeds changed how they behave with materials, and from what I can tell the speed doesn't matter for EXOT :(

    Probably going to add more steps in speed adjustment. But I need to sleep as of 5 hours ago so... tomorrow lol
