This was made in 2011, Its not gonna have strong materials like Titanium and or insulator, Please check the creation dates of saves before askign why it doesnt have a certain material. -

Bad news. This vault did not recieve the Chaotic seal of approval. It cannot survive the...um...*cough* intense pressures*cough cough* of neutron radiation. -
