    Yes, they do but very slowly, you could put more neutron inputs

    The neutrons don't appear to be creating enough pressure to heat up the uranium.

    Hi! Uranium gets hot by the pressure created by the neutrons, if you really want to use Plutonium you should try making bombs :D

    Maybe a little Plutonium would be a good idea, just to get some pressure in there to heat up the Uranium, which will evaporate the water

    Uranium doesn't really react with neutrons, so Plutonium would be a better idea
