    After a lot of research, i have foubd that it is waterproof and fire resistant.

    Try this "!set type clst cnct" I find it works better for buildings.

    Another interesting property is that it's corroded by water, because it washes out the CLST. Very interesting mix, I am looking forward to seeing what can be done with further research.
