A nuclear thermal rocket uses a nuclear reactor to heat propellent instead of burning it in a chemical reaction, making it more than twice as efficient as the best chemical engines. Ambient heat is on to emulate radiative heat transfer. Please comment!

    NTRs IRL have a low thrust, but they're very efficient.
