Pfft, we have zircona-electrolysis oxygenators now. Besides, this is the interstellar age, so everyone's probably uploaded into sentient clouds of radiation by now.

Add life support! (E.g. a room full of farming plants and trees which 1. provide a source of food, 2. convert CO2 back into breathable oxygen, and 3. supply useful nutrients to the soil when decomposed for future farming attempts within the spaceship.)
