No, you should add credits NOW, not when its finished. Because people won't scroll down and see that you will edit the buildings, and will dislike because of the copied buildings.

Just a suggestion, but i think you would do better if you privatly finish the save, and relase it when its done, because when people see a unfinished or copied city they disliked it, so if you finish it all yourself and relase when ur done u get less donwotes.
