Vaccination complete sends vaccine to longguy and completes oil wells and completes oil refinery, due to cold weather fuel trucks sent out to provide gas for heat, trucks are always protected by armored force. anybody without cities will freeze to death and if there is invading force, they get it. if more than 1 guy has invaded at same time, guy with most land taken get the land but leaves the other invading forces. AKA my way for getting rid of guys who are not doing anything.
